Born and raised in South Louisiana, Dr. Matthew Birdsall brings a unique blend of precision, artistry, and care to every aspect of dentistry. A proud graduate of LSU Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Dr. Birdsall is deeply rooted in the values of Southern hospitality and clinical excellence.

From a young age, Dr. Birdsall expressed a strong artistic talent, which found an extraordinary outlet in wildfowl carving - a passion that earned him multiple "Best in World" titles at the prestigious Ward World Championship in Ocean City, Maryland. One of his most celebrated works, a carving of the elusive marvelous spatuletail hummingbird, is on permanent display at the Ward Museum in Salisbury, MD.

His meticulous craftsmanship and eye for detail translate seamlessly into his dental practice, where he’s known for delivering exceptional results with a thoughtful approach. Outside the office, Dr. Birdsall is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, cooking, and staying active. Whether he’s sculpting intricate bird forms or creating beautiful, healthy smiles, Dr. Birdsall brings dedication, passion, and a deep respect for his craft to everything he does.
